When designing TAURON customer service points, we focused on combining modern technologies with a friendly, home-like atmosphere. Our goal was to create a place where customers feel comfortable, while also perceiving the space as innovative and responsive to the challenges of modern energy services. The central feature of the innovation zone is a symbolic “house,” onto which advertising and educational content is projection-mapped—an element that draws attention and showcases the company’s development directions.

The self-service zone was designed as a quiet area, using sound-absorbing wallpapers and niches with green, upholstered seating. The color palette in this part, rich in shades of green, refers to nature, renewable energy, and the brand’s ecological approach. The overall interior is kept in an elegant, subdued palette—beiges, white, and dark wood create a calm backdrop for work and customer service. A distinctive accent is provided by wallpapers with regional motifs, which add identity and warmth to the space. We also introduced modern phone booths to ensure privacy, while the magenta color, subtly present in soft seating furniture, emphasizes consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
