Projekt budynku usługowego

Lokalizacja: Tychy / Powierzchnia: 300 m2
Na zielonych przedmieściach Tychów, w otoczeniu malowniczych parków i stawów, zaprojektowaliśmy niewielki, parterowy budynek usługowy. Zależało nam na wpisaniu się w charakter okolicy, dlatego istotnym elementem projektu jest, pełne drzew i niskiej zieleni, zagospodarowanie terenu. Obiekt przybrał formę eleganckiego prostopadłościanu, który wydaje się interesującą anomalią na otaczającym go zielonym dywanie. Elewacja budynku to malowana na czarno ażurowa siatka, która zgrabnie osłania znajdujące się w środku właściwe ściany i urządzenia. W najbliższym otoczeniu obiektu, pomiędzy trawnikami, zaproponowaliśmy dynamiczną kompozycję prostolinijnych chodników, które bardzo czytelnie wskazują wejście, mimo tego, że nie jest ono usytuowane od strony ulicy. Dzięki takiej orientacji budynku uzyskaliśmy wrażenie tajemniczości, a wejście główne i zlokalizowane przy nich wnętrza zyskały ochronę od zgiełku ruchliwej ulicy.

Project of a service building

Location: Tychy / Area: 300 m2
In the green suburbs of Tychy, amidst picturesque parks and ponds, we have designed a small, single-storey service building. We aimed at blending in with the character of the neighbourhood, therefore the development of the area, full of trees and low shrubs, was an important element of the project. The building is an elegant cuboid, which appears to be an interesting irregularity in the surrounding green carpet of vegetation. The exterior of the facility is a black-painted openwork mesh, which smartly screens the walls and equipment inside. In the immediate vicinity of the building, between the lawns, we have suggested a dynamic composition of straight-line pavements, which very clearly point to the entrance, despite the fact that it is not situated on the street side. Thanks to such an exposure of the building, an impression of mystery has been successfully obtained, while the main entrance and the interiors located next to it became protected from the hustle and bustle of the busy street.
